FOTD: Weekend

I hope you are all having a restful Sunday! Weekends are the perfect time to jazz up your makeup routine. Bring on the bold lip and darker brow. Or, like today, I opted for a more natural look with just a touch of added drama for good measure.

Quick face of the day: Chanel Bronze Universal cream bronzer underneath Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. Next, Sonia Kashuk liquid blush brings life to the face. Sweep a bit of Chanel loose setting powder over the top to set. Dior Amber Diamond highlighter will bring cheekbones to the forefront.

For eyes, it's all about Urban Decay Naked Basics. I know some bloggers find this palette too neutral, but that's why I love it! I sweeped WOS over the lid with Naked 2 in the crease. Use Venus (or any shimmery white shadow) in the center of the lid to add brightness. The matte black shadow is perfect for a quick weekend cat eye.
